Notes
The Duke is a Pub at Parson’s Green in Fulham, London. Close to the well-known Kings Road it is now known as ‘The Duke on the Green’.
The duke the name refers to is the Duke of Cumberland and the pub bore that name when it was listed in the Good Beer Guide. The pub has had other names including ‘The Duke’s Head’ and ‘The Pond Head’.
This large Young’s pub has been a popular meeting place for professionals and beer enthusiasts for many years.
It was built in 1892, designed by the architect Robert J Cruwys.
